REFUND POLICY: There will be No Exchanges, No Credits, and No Refunds for any ticket issued and not used for any Performance. Cancellation of a ticket order and refund requests will be honored up to 24-hours prior to the start time of the scheduled performance. To request a refund or cancel a ticket order, contact the IBT Box Office using this email form. A $7 per ticket cancellation fee will be deducted from any fees paid and the balance refunded. Or you may request a “credit” for the total amount to be used for future ticket purchases from IBT. Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

CHANGING PERFORMANCE DATES: If you need to move your tickets to a different date than you originally booked them, contact IBT Box Office to make that request. Your original order will be cancelled, and you will be issued a “credit” for total amount so that you may rebook your tickets for a different performance. Changing Performance Date requests will be honored up to 24-hours prior to the start time of the scheduled performance.
