Frequently Asked Questions

International Ballet Theatre productions are performed at the Meydenbauer Theatre in Bellevue, Washington. Tickets purchased via our online box office will be delivered to your E-mail as a PDF. You may print your eTickets or they can be scanned from the PDF on your cell phone as you enter the theatre. All Tickets are delivered electronically and, when available, can be purchased online up to five (5) minutes prior to any performance that has not already Sold Out.

Meydenbauer Theatre is located at 11100 NE 6th St. Bellevue, WA 98004. On Site Parking is available for an additional fee.

East side Transit Lines 271, 550, 556. Meydenbauer Theatre is a short walk from the Bellevue Transit Center.

HOW DO I ORDER TICKETS FOR AN IBT PERFORMANCE?

Click on the PERFORMANCES | TICKETS at the top of the page to select the performance you would like to attend.
When page opens Scroll Down and Click on the Date/Time of the Performance you wish to attend.
Once at the Ticket Order Page, scroll down to Seat Selection and Click on the Seating Chart.
To choose your seats, Click on any Blue Circle.
Select Reserve General Admission or Youth/Senior (valid for children to age 14 and Adults 60+) if available. You may add more seats to your order one at a time.
Once you have selected all of the seats you wish to purchase.
Then Click CHECKOUT and follow the instructions.

Always Check the Date & Time of the Performance Before Ordering Your Tickets.

PLEASE NOTE: Ticket will be delivered to the Ticket Buyer's E-mail as a PDF Doc. Ticket Buyer may print their E-Tickets or the QR Code can be scanned from the Doc on their cell phone as they enter the theatre.

TICKET CANCELLATION, REFUNDS
& CHANGING PERFORMANCE DATES
(Effective January 1, 2025)

REFUND POLICY: There will be No Exchanges, No Credits, and No Refunds for any ticket issued and not used for any Performance. Cancellation of a ticket order and refund requests will be honored up to 72-hours prior to the start time of the scheduled performance. To request a refund, contact the IBT Box Office https://www.ibtbellevue.com/contact. A $7 per ticket cancellation fee will be deducted from any fees paid and the balance refunded.

CHANGING PERFORMANCE DATES: If you need to move your tickets to a different date than you originally booked, contact IBT Box Office https://www.ibtbellevue.com/contact to make that request. Your original order will be cancelled, and you will be issued a “credit” for total amount so that you may rebook your tickets for a different performance of that production. If you cannot reschedule for one of the performances you originally planned to attend, the ticketing fee will be considered a donation to International Ballet Theatre, a 501(c)(3) Performance Arts Organization.

HANDICAP Seating If you need a seat without a person seated directly in front of you, or additional leg room with no seat in front of them. Seats F1, G1, H1 off the aisle or G9 and J10 on the outside edge of either the Right or Left side are your best choices.

WHEELCHAIR Accessible Seating Wheelchair Accessible Seating for IBT Performances is behind Row “N”, which offers easy access from all entry points. For seating at this location, book a seat in Row “N”. When you arrive, you will have the option of choosing a secure and comfortable location to park behind your seat. A free-standing chair will be provided for your partner, parent or caretaker to sit with you.

Group Pricing: For School Groups and Family Services Organizations - May not be available for all performances.
Contact The IBT Box Office and Submit a Request for a Group Pricing. Include name of your group or organization and date/time of the performance you would like to attend.

15 Tickets Minimum Purchase is required.
In your Request include the number of adults and young persons to age 14.
Group Pricing may not be applied to Opening Night reduced price tickets.
Group Purchases are not refundable in part or in whole.
